Our church is a member of the Rappahannock Baptist Association. It is a grouping of 30+ churches that connect in this area to work together in advancing the Redeemer's Kingdom. We meet together for various reasons throughout the year for worship, mutual encouragement and support. On our mission trip to Ghana, the RBA was very generous in helping us financially.
For the past two years, I have served as the president of the pastors group. We meet nine times a year, skipping the summer months. Our September meeting was held at Beale and we had about ten pastors present. It might have been the most depressing pastors meeting I have ever attended.
Last night's gathering at church featured Beale's praise team, Macedonia's choir and our dear friend from Yendi, Mustaffa. During the program, this video was featured. Bryan T had this made and it is wonderful.
Leslie S was able to download it for YouTube and we have it posted here. Let me encourage you to pass this on to your friends. Thanks Leslie!
I will post more news from Mustaffa soon, but I must get to a pastor's conference at Jerusalem Baptist Church and then drive Mustaffa to Baltimore. More news later...
I pray that you enjoy it as much as I have. Blessings to you on this Monday.
Philippians 2:14-16 (NIV) Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life--
