Feels like it has been a long time since my last post. In fact, it has been a LONGGGG time since my last addition to the website. I would apologize but church life gets busy during this time of year. Easter Sunday was an awesome morning for our community and congregation. Many of our friends from the area gathered at Saint Margaret's for a sunrise worship time and it was a sacred event. Jeff Armor and Sarah Taliaferro were our special guests and they sang, "Amazing Love." During their song, the sun began to peak over the river (check out this sunrise here ). The sunrise along with the SON rise, was an amazing gift.
This is a great time to be a college basketball fan. The NCAA tournament is starting and there are going to be 32 great games to watch over the next few days. This year, fans of Virginia basketball have a lot to watch as UVA, VA Tech, ODU, VCU entire into the fray.
There are a number of exciting players to watch this year. JR Reynolds and Sean Singletary have had a great year at UVA while Zabian Dowdell and Deron Washington have kept things very exciting in Blacksburg. We could talk about any number of players across the country who do amazing things on the basketball court.
